Safety at V-Dala

V-Dala should be a safe and sound place for all our members and guests. The nation therefore actively works with preventing lack of security and offensive behaviour by, among other things, the board’s Working Environment and Comfort Committee and the nation’s elected Equality Commissioner. Have you have been subjected to offensive treatment or experienced anything else that has made you feel unsafe or caused you discomfort? You can report it by using the form below. The form can be used by members, elected representatives, staff and guests at the nation. You are free to choose whether you want to be anonymous or if you want to be contacted for follow-ups and eventual counter-measures. Kindly note that if you choose to be anonymous you will not be able to receive a follow-up on the matter.

Observe: The form is not monitored around the clock and should therefore not be used for emergency situations, if there is an emergency contact the closest person in charge or call 112. It is not possible to use this form to replace a police report in case you have been exposed or subjected to something criminal.

This function is a part of the nation’s preventive work in against offensive treatment, but is not meant to be used for sending in more general opinions and should not be used for unwarranted personal attacks towards any member, elected representative, staff or other guest at the nation.

Reports submitted through this form are sent to the nation’s Working Environment and Comfort Committee, which is appointed by the Nation’s board. All information is handled confidentially within the committee and is handled in accordance to GDPR.
