V-Dala serves home-made lunch and fika for students and non-students! Lunch is served between 11.30 and 14.00, and then there’s fika until 18.00, Monday through Thursday. A tasty and filling lunch is 45:- for V-Dala members, 55:- for members of other nations, and 65:- for others. Salad, bread and beverage are of course included. There is, of course, always a vegetarian option. Lunch will be served upstairs, but it’s also possible to bring your lunch or fika to one of our reading rooms to study.

Our philosophy is to serve a good and inexpensive lunch, cooked from scratch. This will be healthy homely cooking with inspiration from all around the world. Homely doesn’t only have to mean traditional Swedish dishes, but also dishes with flavours such as Indian curry, Mexican chipotle, or perhaps French Dijon mustard? It’s good food that makes and keeps you satisfied. Whether you forgot your lunch box or simply want to have your lunch served, your day is saved!
